We are working on processing your requests!

In connection with the PID tariff price increase, we have been processing requests to reimburse tickets bought before 1. 8. 2021 and are no longer valid. Such tickets have been moved in the PID Lítačka mobile application into the History section and are not usable anymore in CMT.

If you have already requested fare reimburse we want to ask you to be patient. Despite high working effort our colleagues we are processing requests in the long term than you are used to. We would like to reassure you that your request will be managed and properly handled. Thank you for your understanding!
