Book the date of your visit to the Lítačka customer centre in the Škoda Palace from the comfort of your home

From August 2020 all clients of the Lítačka Customer Centre located in the Škoda Palace can book the date of their visit for a specific date and time, so they don't have to spend time waiting in line. In this manner we wish to meet the needs of our clients as much as possible and make their visit to the Škoda Palace more pleasant. On the website of the PID Lítačka e-shop, it is possible to fill out a simple form and arrive at any counter at the reserved time. "Booking a visit time at the counters in the Škoda Palace is another step towards a more comfortable and pleasant client experience while visiting the Lítačka Customer Centre. I am convinced that our clients will appreciate this novelty, not only for reasons of greater comfort, but also for hygienic reasons, and by launching the reservation system we expect a significant reduction in the formation of queues in the Škoda Palace," added Michal Fišer, CEO and Chairman of the Board of OICT. It is possible to book a visit at the counter in the Škoda Palace for a maximum of 60 days in advance. Clients enter the name and surname, contact e-mail address and telephone number in the reservation system. Clients then receive an identification code on the entered contact e-mail. Upon arrival, customers receive a serial ticket at the client terminal by entering the assigned identification code in the section: "Ordered WebC @ ll clients" and then just wait for the number to light up on the board. The assigned identification code remains active within +/- 10 minutes of the agreed time. If the client does not show up in this interval, the order is cancelled. "We are pleased that there has been great interest in our reservation system since the first day after launch. More than 130 customers took advantage of this opportunity in the first two days alone.
